Daily rate quotes, saved offer prices, explicit options and confirmed room allocations. Stay-five/pay-four templates preserve the cost of the free night.
Central distribution workflow

Local room and guest workflows, daily rates, offers, packages, service costing, resource scheduling, cashier records and management reports. Categories can be renamed while stable rate, booking and mapping references are retained.
Requires setup and acceptance
Real rooms, capacities, taxes, prices and services must be configured and approved for the property. External terminals, supplier integrations, fiscalisation and structured e-invoice processing require their own implementation and acceptance.
Current practical limits
Local single-workstation development release. Full Windows startup and complete commercial acceptance remain outstanding. No simultaneous multi-workstation approval. New interface screens are not fully translated. The public website does not connect to hotel data or collect credentials.
